They were chosen after our founder spent years struggling with her own periods, being told her pain was simply a “natural part of life”, and eventually researching nutrition and traditional botanical ingredients for herself.

I struggled really badly with my periods for years and tried pretty much everything under the sun. Before, I would have 2 really intense days where the pain was unbearable, but since taking these the difference has been amazing. The pain is nothing like it used to be. I'm also nowhere near as bloated in general anymore which I love! Definitely recommend!
